Dortiz Cleaning Services Specialist Inc. is led by the wife and husband team of Dunia Ortiz and Guillermo Martinez as CEO and Operations Manager, respectively. Dunia Ortiz has been in the Janitorial Services industry since 2000 as a sole cleaner. In 2013 she bought the Commercial Cleaning franchise under Coverall Health Based Cleaning System; and in 2014 she incorporated her company Dortiz Cleaning Services Specialist Inc. This journey in the Janitorial Services industry has allowed the company to grow organically and consistently.
